Flecha provides booking and business management software, including: • Online appointment booking • Customer relationship management • Staff scheduling and management • Payment processing • Automated reminders and notifications

You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account • All activities that occur under your account • Providing accurate and complete information • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to: • Pay all fees associated with your subscription • Provide valid payment information • Automatic renewal unless cancelled • No refunds for partial subscription periods

You agree not to: • Use the service for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems • Transmit any malicious code or interfere with the service • Impersonate any person or entity • Collect user information without consent

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kearsney Solutions Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
